It starts with filling out the enquiry form and then once I have taken a look I will book in a time to have our first call. This initial call will be to understand the brand, its direction and what’s needed. From there, I shape a clear approach - whether that’s ongoing management or a specific project - and guide everything through from planning to delivery.
